Multimill Isolator Commissioned in Prague API Production Facility

A state-of-the-art multimill isolator has been successfully installed in the API production area in Prague, marking a significant advancement in pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities.

This advanced system integrates multiple milling technologies—including spiral and opposing jet mills combined with a dynamic classifier for precise particle size control, and a versatile pin mill suitable for a wide range of materials from coarse to fine milling. This combination ensures optimal flexibility and performance across diverse production needs.

Designed with a modular architecture, the isolator easily adapts to various products and particle size requirements. It delivers high containment performance, maintaining operator exposure levels below 1 µg/m³, making it ideal for handling OEB4/5 highly potent pharmaceutical ingredients.

With a compact footprint, rapid changeover features, and automated feeding and filtration systems, the isolator supports both small-scale development and full-scale production. It also streamlines cleaning processes and complies fully with cGMP and ATEX standards.
